Marios is a member of the Deal Advisory Team at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Cyprus, possessing versatile experience in the provision of real estate services and real estate finance. He joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2017 and is involved in the support of real estate activities including the provision of advice in real estate debt advisory engagements, feasibilities studies, restructuring, receiverships and negotiations. His experience extends to Asset Quality Reviews for financial institution and preparation of independent reports/reviews for both private clients and financial institutions. Prior to joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, he was employed by the Valuation Office Agency, an executive agency for HMRC (UK Government), where he was involved in the provision of advice and valuations of real estate.
