The client is a leading global consumer goods organization with a large IT workforce. They sought to redefine their IT Operating Model to address challenges in governance, decision rights, and alignment between global and local IT teams for greater efficiency.

Conducting IT Cost Optimization for an energy supplier

The client is a midsized energy supplier that provides sustainable energy solutions to a diverse clientele. Faced with a complex IT infrastructure and concerns about high IT costs, the client sought to benchmark their IT spending and gain an outside perspective on their IT Operating Model.

Defining the Enterprise Architecture for a global luxury watchmaker

The client uses the SAP Business Suite to manage many of its activities. With maintenance set to end in 2027, the company is evaluating its options for migrating to S/4HANA. The client wanted to carry out a technical migration but first needed to conduct a business and architecture assessment to determine the migration path.聽
