Daniel joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2024 as a Director in the financial services tax department. Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Daniel worked for a large Swiss multinational banking group for 17 years, of which more than 13 years as head of the Swiss corporate tax function. Before that, he worked as a tax manager for an insurance company and as a lawyer for one of Switzerland鈥檚 largest law firms.

  1. Areas of expertise

    Daniel has more than 20 years of experience as a tax expert mainly focusing on US-GAAP and IFRS tax accounting, corporate tax reporting, tax process optimization and general corporate tax matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in domestic and international corporate restructurings as well as M&A and real estate transactions.

    In his prior role, Daniel served as the global tax technical leader for the BEPS Pillar 2 project of a large Swiss multinational banking group.聽
