Gerhard has led numerous transfer pricing projects across the whole transfer pricing lifecycle. This includes planning sustainable transfer pricing systems, operational implementation of the day-to-day price-setting process including adjustments to transfer prices, documentation compliance and other compliance requirements linked to transfer pricing, as well as dispute resolution in tax audits and APA as well as MAP procedures.
He specializes in areas such as Diversified Industrials, Automotive, Retail as well as Financial Services. Gerhard also accompanies small and medium sized companies in transfer pricing, where he brings vast experience with some of the biggest multinationals in Switzerland.
