He has consistently demonstrated his ability to assist both public and private sector organizations in improving outcomes and meeting objectives on major capital projects and programs. With extensive experience supporting the development of over $100 billion of capital projects across sectors such as mining, energy, power & utilities, pipelines, ports & terminals, public transit, and social infrastructure, Zach is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his commitment to fostering effective project team environments.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of skills and specializations, including project governance structure and controls development, project set-up and execution readiness, project assurance and independent assessment, project improvement and recovery, and organizational assessment. Additionally, he focuses on commercial strategy development, contract management, claims avoidance, risk mitigation, and the implementation of construction technology along with process optimization.
Before joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Zach worked for a global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, engaging in major projects and capital works programs as well as corporate strategy initiatives. Throughout his progressive roles, he has supported the development of multi-billion-dollar industrial projects for renowned multinational organizations, such as Shell, ExxonMobil, BHP, ConocoPhillips, Suncor, Cenovus, and Enbridge. This robust background has afforded Zach a thorough understanding of the challenges and complexities associated with executing large capital projects, and he possesses substantial experience in planning and de-risking megaproject delivery. His work with various project owners, contractors, and stakeholders has equipped him to manage project risk effectively and achieve successful outcomes.
