Michael Klubal is the Canadian National Industry Leader for Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) and has over 25 years of advisory experience. Michael leads a national team of industry professionals across audit, tax and advisory who are passionate about making Canada a better place in which to live, work and thrive. One of Michael’s key priorities is to collaborate across ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s national team to shape the firm's view on key sector issues, and to bring the whole of the firm to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s clients. He is also a member of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's Global Executive IGH Leadership team.

Michael helps his clients successfully evolve their organizations through complex change including, board/executive alignment, complex program execution and digital modernization. In his role as a trusted advisor, Michael has successfully delivered several of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada’s largest transformation programs for his clients.

Michael maintains long standing relationships with his clients because of his ability to influence successful change and to define and solve challenges in an effective and timely manner. He also has a deep understanding of future state visions, executive governance, enterprise operating model design, implementation approach, risk management, system development, and enterprise-wide deployment. He believes that the adoption of a citizen/customer centric digital mindset is crucial to all organizations.
