Joe is an Associate in the Business Law Group at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Law LLP. Joe’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate and commercial law matters. Joe provides clients with advice on a wide range of transactions, and he routinely assists in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Joe practised as a corporate and securities associate at a boutique law firm in Toronto, and as a corporate associate at a full-service Atlantic Canadian law firm.
