Neil is the National Leader for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada’s Deal Advisory practice and sits on the board of directors for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø LLP. In his role, Neil leads complex transactions for many of Canada’s largest corporations, private equity funds and mid-market companies and has particular expertise in mid-market private company transactions and complex non-core carve outs.  Prior to his current role, Neil led ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada’s market leading Corporate Finance practice, one of the world’s leading transaction advisors. With his many years of deal making experience, Neil has been involved in a wide range of Canadian, UK, cross-border and international projects, always ensuring he maintains a deep focus on technology, global collaboration and a relentless commitment to his clientsâ€� objectives.
