Tomás specializes in all aspects of offshore tax matters, as well as tax transformation projects. - Advising on intra-group transactions according to the arm’s length principle, as well as preparation of Transfer Pricing reports in several jurisdictions.
- Managing FATCA/CRS advisory and compliance engagements, as well as supporting change management in respect of the implementation of the AEOI regimes.
- Multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and reporting.
