As ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s National Lead for Higher Education, Michelle facilitates our services to Australia’s higher education providers. Joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2018, Michelle and has leveraged her sector experience across a broad range of higher education projects, with particular emphasis on student experience and operational excellence and transformation.

Michelle helps our education clients deliver projects that include:

  • whole of student lifecycle management by creating student-centric approaches across a the prospective and current student experience as well as the alumni experience
  • review of institution-wide strategic functions such as business intelligence
  • assurance and oversight of significant investments in enterprise-wide change programs.

Prior to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Michelle held a number of strategy and transformation roles in the education sector.
