Varun is a Partner within ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Advisory practice. He leads the Managed Services and Outsourcing capabilities for the Middle East, serving clients across the energy, financial services, technology, media, telecom and manufacturing sectors. Varun has 20+ years of experience in managed services and outsourcing of diverse IT and operations processes. Previously, he held digital and managed services leadership roles in McKinsey & Co, Accenture and IBM. He was responsible for establishing and running niche capabilities like managed services & operations transformation, intelligent automation, analytics as a service and business excellence.

Varun has led large-scale outsourcing and managed services engagements, solution development and transitions and technology deployment for global petrochemical companies. He was responsible for setting up a BPO analytics center of excellence for prominent oil and gas companies worldwide. Varun has received top awards from his employers and has patents for innovative products in intelligent automation. He has created programs including a digital factory to develop and implement digital solutions.
